Dozee Remote Patient Monitoring

Hospital-Grade Telemetry, Contactless by Design

Dozee's under-mattress sensor captures heart rate, respiration, and movement continuously. No wearables, no manual checks, no alarm fatigue. Two purpose-built versions for how and where your patients live. Dozee is FDA cleared.

SNFs & Hospitals

Dozee One: The Early Warning System Your Clinical Team Deserves

Dozee One is a complete contactless telemetry and early warning platform for skilled nursing facilities and hospitals. The under-mattress Dozee SE sensor continuously tracks vitals and occupancy, the SEQR platform aggregates and alerts, and the 24x7 Clinical Command Center provides an additional layer of oversight, without adding to nurse workload.

Facilities using Dozee catch deterioration earlier, support more accurate MDS and PDPM documentation, and qualify for RPM-funded monitoring, all at zero cost to the facility.

Dozee SE: Under-Mattress Sensor

Continuous heart rate, respiration rate, and bed occupancy monitoring using Ballistocardiography (BCG). No contact, no wearable, no patient interaction required.

SEQR Telemetry Platform

Intelligent early warning notifications, up to 30 days of trend history, and EMR sync with PointClickCare and MatrixCare. Alerts are customizable down to the patient level, eliminating alarm fatigue.

24x7 Clinical Command Center

Remote clinical oversight and escalation support across all monitored residents, acting as a safety net for night shifts and peak workload periods.

MDS & PDPM Documentation Support

Continuous vitals capture surfaces patterns missed during spot checks, such as tachycardia trends and sleep disturbance, strengthening MDS accuracy and reimbursement alignment.

Smart Bed Exit Detection

CMS-guideline-compliant, restraint-free fall management. Staff are alerted the moment a resident leaves the bed, without the alarm fatigue of older bed-alarm systems.

CMS Guidelines-compliant "Smart Bed Exit" system for restraint-free fall management. Bed occupancy monitoring gives nursing staff a passive layer of protection, catching unwitnessed bed exits that happen every day, especially during nights and low-staffed periods, without the alarm fatigue of older bed-alarm systems.

Real Impact in SNFs Like Yours

Septicemia · Post-Operative Resident

Sepsis caught in time, days before it would have been declared

An 81-year-old post-operative resident showed recurrent tachycardia in the 150s, surfaced by continuous Dozee monitoring days before septicemia was clinically declared.

Day 1–2: Tachycardia alerts prompt rate-control medication
Day 3: Elevated heart rate persists despite rate control
Day 4: Labs confirm septicemia from a UTI; IV fluids and antibiotics started in-facility
$18–22K
Inpatient stay avoided (Payer/Medicare)
$4–6K
High-acuity resident retained in-house

Fluid Overload · Chronic Kidney Disease

Fluid overload reversed in-facility, one order later

A 47-year-old resident with CKD showed a rising respiratory rate trend, flagged by continuous monitoring before overt distress set in.

Detection: Respiratory rate alerts climb toward 37 breaths/min
Same day: Diuretic ordered and started the next morning
Response: Alerts ease, respiratory rate settles to 18
$13–15K
HF admission avoided (Payer/Medicare)
$4–6K
High-acuity CKD resident kept in-house

Home Healthcare Consulting

Technology Is Only
Part of the Answer

The organizations that pull ahead in post-acute care don't just adopt better tools, they operate differently. Nexora Health Group brings 17+ years of experience in VA benefits, home care, and care innovation to help home care agencies improve how they deliver, navigate, and grow, wherever they're located.

Two of our core services are available nationwide. One is a hands-on, in-market engagement reserved for one agency per county across Northern New Jersey.

01

VA Benefits & Resources Navigation (Nationwide)

Deep expertise in VA benefits and programs, including VA Aid & Attendance, helping home care agencies across the country support the Veterans and families they serve in accessing the benefits they've earned.

02

Innovation & Hybrid Care Model Consulting (Nationwide)

Helping agencies layer tech-enabled and hybrid care models alongside traditional home care, from evaluating and selecting the right technology partners to building the operational workflow that makes adoption actually stick.

03

In-Field Marketing & Referral Development (Northern NJ, County-Exclusive)

Hands-on, in-market relationship building: referral source strategy, local brand and community visibility, sales training and mentorship, and the face-to-face work that generates sustainable census growth. This is the one service that genuinely requires being on the ground, which is why it's the one we keep county-exclusive.

He earned NASW-NJ certification to train social workers on VA Benefits for Long Term Care and completed NACVSO's VA accreditation course.

When Veterans Home Care NYJ was acquired by Veterans Home Care, LLC, Evan stepped into Senior Vice President of Sales, then Chief Revenue Officer, helping guide the combined organization's strategic growth and technology integration.
