Nexora Health Group brings Dozee's contactless remote patient monitoring to SNFs, hospitals, and home-based care settings across the Northeast, and delivers the consulting expertise to make it work inside your organization.
Dozee Remote Patient Monitoring
Dozee's under-mattress sensor captures heart rate, respiration, and movement continuously. No wearables, no manual checks, no alarm fatigue. Two purpose-built versions for how and where your patients live. Dozee is FDA cleared.
Dozee One is a complete contactless telemetry and early warning platform for skilled nursing facilities and hospitals. The under-mattress Dozee SE sensor continuously tracks vitals and occupancy, the SEQR platform aggregates and alerts, and the 24x7 Clinical Command Center provides an additional layer of oversight, without adding to nurse workload.
Facilities using Dozee catch deterioration earlier, support more accurate MDS and PDPM documentation, and generate RPM billing revenue, all at zero hardware cost to the facility.

Continuous heart rate, respiration rate, and bed occupancy monitoring using Ballistocardiography (BCG). No contact, no wearable, no patient interaction required.
Intelligent early warning notifications, up to 30 days of trend history, and EMR sync with PointClickCare and MatrixCare. Alerts are customizable down to the patient level, eliminating alarm fatigue.
Remote clinical oversight and escalation support across all monitored residents, acting as a safety net for night shifts and peak workload periods.
Continuous vitals capture surfaces patterns missed during spot checks, such as tachycardia trends and sleep disturbance, strengthening MDS accuracy and reimbursement alignment.
Who This Serves
"Some of the changes that we have seen so far are less hospitalizations and less falls."
Every Dozee deployment is built around four pillars of facility value.
Contactless, continuous monitoring cuts manual vitals rounds and charting, freeing nursing time for higher-value care.
Earlier detection of patient deterioration supports better outcomes and quality programs such as QAPI.
Enables reimbursable remote monitoring programs and stronger facility economics through RPM billing.
Dozee Home brings the same contactless under-mattress monitoring technology into the home setting. The sensor places under any mattress and quietly tracks vitals throughout the night. No wearables, no disruption to daily life, and no need for the client to do anything differently.
For home health agencies, hospice providers, and home care organizations, Dozee Home enables the kind of continuous clinical visibility that was previously only possible in a facility, supporting better decisions, earlier interventions, and a comforting, dependable presence for clients and families.

The sensor sits under the mattress. Clients sleep normally. Families don't have to manage a device. Monitoring happens continuously, comfortably in the background.
Heart rate, respiration rate, and sleep pattern trends delivered to care teams, supporting earlier identification of changes in condition between scheduled visits.
When you can tell a discharging social worker or case manager that your clients are continuously monitored at home, that changes the conversation.
Periodic reporting gives families and referral sources tangible evidence of engagement, supporting retention, trust, and ongoing referral relationships.
Who This Serves
RPM Billing Revenue
Remote Patient Monitoring is a CMS-reimbursed service available to SNFs and other qualifying facilities. When Dozee and CAIT Care manage RPM on your behalf, those monitoring activities map directly to billable CPT codes, creating a recurring revenue stream at no cost to your facility.
Billed once per patient at enrollment. Covers initial device setup and patient/caregiver education.
Recurring monthly billing for device supply and data transmission. Requires 16+ days of data per 30-day period.
Monthly billing for first 20 minutes of clinical staff time reviewing RPM data and communicating with patient.
Additional monthly billing for each additional 20-minute increment of clinical review time.
Clinical monitoring and billing is handled through our partner CAIT Care. The facility does not need to manage RPM billing internally; it's built into the program. Continuous Dozee vitals data also supports more complete documentation, enabling higher-complexity billing codes such as 99309 and 99310 where appropriate.
